Wesgar’s new powder coating supply gun equipment is now fully operational, producing consistent and high-quality powder-coated parts. The Sames Kremlin robotic system, developed in France, enhances the current coating process. Its arrival significantly increases Wesgar’s output without sacrificing our ability to deliver powder-coated products with a first-class finish that is durable, attractive, and meets our customers’ aesthetic and branding needs, as well as providing corrosion protection to sheet metal parts.
Jeet Dhanda, Wesgar’s Production Manager, commented, “We are very happy with the new Sames Kremlin system. It operates efficiently and delivers a product with an excellent finish. Our powder coating line operators are very happy with the ease of use of the equipment and the output, and most importantly, our customers are impressed with the quality.”
“We are excited to grow our powder coating capacity and expertise. It’s part of our master plan to enhance this specialty and remain at the forefront of the industry with innovative, leading-edge technology,“ says Nash Kassam, President of Wesgar.
Plans are underway to significantly expand Wesgar’s powder coating speed and capacity in the coming year with a new and dedicated powder coating facility with the addition of a fully automated state-of-the-art powder coating line as Wesgar hones in on this specialty.
